Open Multiple Listing Service (OpenMLS®)

OpenMLS® is an open source project for developing an alternative MLS service for the Real Estate Industry.

Introduction

Today, there are over 900 MLS's in the United States and all of them are closed, proprietary systems. History has shown us that open systems are beneficial not only to the users but to the specific industry for developing trust and transparency. OpenMLS® is a project to design, model, and develop an open MLS for anyone's use.
